A scholarship is hereby awarded to Olive L. Felber as the first honor graduate of Hartington High School in the class of 1900, which admits to Bellevue College, crediting $50.00 per year on the regular tuition for each of three years beginning with 1900. It is not transferable, and must be presented at the at the [sic] College office for endorsement each Quarter.
